Lucinda trained at Marcel Marceaus mime school in Paris and at the presigious Central School of Speech and Drama in London.

Lucinda's characters have included several Irish revolutionaries, numerous English aristocrats and eccentrics - but her favorite venues have been the jails where she has done Shakespeare with the inmates.

She has played the lead in over thirty plays, dramas and comdies, in Paris, London and New York, in theatres such as The Goodman Chicago, the Irish Rep, the Almeida, the Lyric Hammersmith and Stratford East.
